The individuals’ services are driven through a Person-Centered Plan which the Arc or an outside Independent Facilitator can create. Services are negotiated between the Arc and the individual wanting the services, based on the services and support needed and or desired. The individual’s Financial Management Service will pay for the services contracted and help manage the Spending Plan the Individual has an overall Spending Plan amount that can be used throughout the year. The Arc will offer individual’s a menu of services. Those will include our traditional services in all programs as well as an individual calendared day.
